These terms govern your use of Bloupi, operated by AENS Media LLC ("Bloupi," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Bloupi, you agree to these terms.

Beta / early access

Bloupi is currently in an invite-only early access period. Access requires a valid invite code and is subject to trial limits (including duration and monthly report generation limits) communicated at signup. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account, since sign-in is passwordless. You agree to use Bloupi only for auditing and updating content you own or are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

By using Bloupi during early access, you agree to:

Use Bloupi solely for your own blog content, not on behalf of unrelated third parties without permission
Not copy, reverse-engineer, or use Bloupi or its underlying methodology to build or inform a competing product or service
Provide honest feedback on your experience when requested, to help improve the product during early access

Intellectual property

Bloupi's software, design, scoring methodology, and generated report structures are the property of AENS Media LLC. Content generated for your posts (briefs, suggested text) is yours to use freely on your own blog.

Third-party services

Bloupi relies on third-party services, including Google Search Console, Anthropic's Claude API, and others described in our Privacy Policy. Bloupi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Anthropic.

Disclaimer

Bloupi provides content suggestions, scores, and analysis to assist your own editorial decisions. We don't guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or business outcomes from using generated briefs. Venue and price information is AI-generated and should be independently verified before publishing.

Limitation of liability

Bloupi is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AENS Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including misuse of invite codes or attempts to copy or reverse-engineer the product. You may stop using Bloupi and request account deletion at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as Bloupi develops from early access toward general availability. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
