Bloupi ("we," "us," "our") is a blog content audit tool operated by AENS Media LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, used for passwordless (magic link) sign-in via Supabase.
- Your blog content: publicly available posts fetched from your WordPress site's REST API, which you provide by entering your blog URL.
- Google Search Console data: if you connect your Google account, we access your Search Console performance data (clicks, impressions, search queries, and page positions) via Google's API, strictly to calculate urgency scores and generate update reports for your own posts.
- Invite code and trial information: which invite code you used and your trial status.
Google user data — Limited Use disclosure
Bloupi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google Search Console data to provide and improve Bloupi's core features for the account that authorized access, and we do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
How we use your information
- To generate post urgency scores, update briefs, and reports
- To operate your account, invite code, and trial period
- To improve Bloupi based on aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns
Third parties we work with
To provide Bloupi's functionality, we share limited data with the following service providers, each under their own privacy and security terms:
- Supabase — authentication and database storage
- Upstash — temporary caching of generated reports (30-day retention)
- Anthropic (Claude API) — generates update briefs based on your post content and search data
- Google Search Console API — traffic and search performance data, only if you connect your account
- DataForSEO — keyword search volume lookups
- Resend — delivery of sign-in and account emails
- Vercel — application hosting
Data retention
Generated reports are cached for 30 days to reduce cost and speed up repeated access. Account and invite code data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. If you disconnect your Google account, we stop accessing new Search Console data immediately.
